How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Nettex Muddy Marvel Seven Day Mud Away is an innovative formulation that prevents mud, dirt and grime sticking to your horse's coat for up to seven days. It can be used all year round to help ensure grooming is made easier as mud, dirt and dust will simply brush away leaving a smooth coat.

Ideal for use in the winter during adverse weather conditions to help keep mud at bay, it's suitable for application on body, legs, mane and tail. As it only needs applying once a week this is a great value product and very long lasting.
Technical Information
  • Prevents mud sticking to the coat
  • Provides a barrier against mud-related conditions
  • Can be used all year round
  • Application required just once a week

Directions for use:
  • Shake well before use
  • Always patch test on a small area first. If irritation occurs then stop use immediately.
  • Spray evenly over the required areas taking care not to saturate as this may cause irritation.
  • Brush through the mane and tails after application to ensure the hair is covered.
  • Allow to dry before turning out.
  • Reapply every seven days or as necessary depending on mud conditions.
