How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

RHEVA is an innovative wound protection dressing that has been engineered to allow wounds to heal naturally. The dressing is shaped to sit away from the wound, with a 'net' that protects it from the elements, insects and dirt, while allowing airflow to encourage it to heal naturally.

It can be easily stuck over the wound thanks to the adhesive around the edge, and it's versatility allows to to be used on animals of all sizes, as well as humans, and all materials are medical-grade. The flexible plastic makes it great for using on wounds in 'awkward' areas, or places where other dressing may not stay in place.

Allowing wounds to heal in a gentle way, without having to completely cover them over, makes RHEVA the perfect solution for proactive wound management.

On areas where there is a lot of movement, such as the knee, an additional attachment (available separately HERE) may be required. This provides additional adhesive over a larger area to secure the RHEVA in place.

HOW TO USE:
1. Clean the wound area carefully with clean water or saline solution.

2. Make sure the area where the dressing is going to be applied is clean and dry. This is vital to ensure the dressing stays in place. Fat and substances from grooming sprays, conditioners, insect repellents need to be removed. RHEVA also recommend using a brush to remove any loose hair or dirt.

3. Avoid touching the area around the wound where the dressing is going to stick, as the glue instantly sticks to your horse's skin. When the dressing is in place, apply pressure gently to the outer edge for a minute. Full attachment comes after a couple of hours, so for optimum security it is best if your horse's movements are limited immediately after the dressing is applied.

4. The RHEVA dressing can easily be removed when required by pulling the dressing carefully in the direction of the fur.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- It is always suggested to seek veterinary advice prior/during treating a wound or injury.
- To minimize the risk of infection, RHEVA wound protection should be placed over the wound as soon as possible after the incident has occurred.
