How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Grooming Deluxe Show Grooming Box Cover is the perfect accessory to ensure your grooming box remains scratch-free during transportation or while at home. This practical cover offers excellent protection and is designed to fit the Kentucky Show Grooming Box perfectly.

One of the most impressive features of this grooming box cover is the diamond quilting that creates a beautiful and classy look. The design adds a touch of elegance to your grooming routine. The artificial rabbit skin inner fabric also adds to the premium feel of the cover while providing an additional layer of protection. This faux fur helps prevent any friction that could occur between the grooming box and the cover, keeping it in top condition.

This cover also features two zippers on the lengths to allow you to access the box while keeping the cover on it. Three openings are also included, providing easy access to the handles for easy transport.

To ensure the cover remains securely attached to the box, two Velcros with double sticky sides are provided with the cover.
