How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Red Horse Hoof-Stuff Antibacterial Hoof Pack is an innovative paste which can be used to plug deep holes in your horse's hooves. Thanks to its sticky consistency, it stays in place easily to provide long lasting relief and support. This also ensures infection can't get through to the open area which would be very susceptible to microbial invasion.

Active ingredients eliminate bacteria and fungi, and natural fibers create pressure to promote and support natural, healthy tissue growth. It is great for white line cracks, central sulcus separation, cavities and grass cracks. All of the ingredients in Hoof-Stuff are natural and have been chosen either for their antibacterial and antifungal properties or to improve the consistency of the product.

Directions for use:

Pick out and clean feet if necessary, use Sole Cleanse or salt water to flush any debris from the cavity to be packed. Allow to dry or use wadding to dry as much as possible. Push small sections of Hoof-Stuff deep into the cavity with a hoof pick, avoiding causing sensitivity. It is best not to pack the cavity all the way to the surface and in frog cavities to allow cracks to close in behind it – this helps the packing stay in. We suggest removing the packing after 2 days, if it comes out clean it may be left in longer next time and if it comes out dirty it is best to change it more often. Avoid getting the cavity wet before packing unless it needs to be flushed due to dirt infiltration.
