With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

NAF Lavender Wash is the perfect choice to wash the sweat right out of your horse's coat, containing essential Lavender Oil to refresh your horse after exercise or at the end of any hot and sticky day.
It's good to know there's no soap, detergents or thickening agents hiding in the formula so it's really gentle and very easy to use, just a couple of capfuls in a bucket and away you go.
Sweat and dirt are lifted with ease and the subtle lavender fragrance is both soothing and relaxing. The result is a happy horse who smells good too.
Directions for use:
Add just a couple of capfuls of Lavender Wash to 5 liters of water and use to wash down hot or sweaty horses. On cold days use warm water.
Remove excess with a sweat scraper and leave to dry.
This low foam formulation does not need to be rinsed off.
