The Waldhausen Health + Care Infrared FlexPad is an innovative solution designed to promote muscle relaxation, blood circulation, and regeneration in horses. Suitable for use on both the poll and lower legs, this pad provides targeted deep heat to gently warm the muscles, relieve tension, and stimulate the metabolism. This pad is particularly suitable for support before training, for relaxation after exercise, or as a complementary therapy for muscular problems.
Muscle tension and muscle regeneration: The heat can stimulate blood circulation in the muscles for better relaxation before or after intensive training sessions. It is also often perceived as beneficial where the muscles have been overloaded or are tight.
Joint support: The effect of heat can help to loosen the joints and promote mobility. The pad is also often used to support age-related movement restrictions.
Tendon and ligament areas: In sub-acute phases following overuse or minor injuries, heat can have a supportive effect to reduce swelling and improve circulation.
The FlexPad pad has three functions: light intensity, temperature, and vibration. Each of these functions have three different output levels, that can be easily individually adjusted using the display. Once activated, the recommended treatment duration is approximately 15 minutes. After this time the device will automatically switch off.
