How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The HES-Tec Quick Knot Deluxe Braiding Aid is an indispensable tool for achieving flawless competition braids effortlessly.

Extensively tested across all equestrian disciplines on thousands of braids by both experts and individuals, the Quick Knot is a very unique product that greatly simplifies the process of creating perfect braids in your horse's mane. It's a metal clip that can be inserted through the braid, and then it's folded over which secures the braid in place, eliminating the need for needles and thread.

Made from metal and plastic, Quick Knot is resuable! Plus, this innovative design ensures there are no leftover hairs and the hair is not damaged when the clips are removed.

How To Use:
1. Create braids with the desired thickness and secure them with an elastic band.
2. Roll the braid up until it forms a tight knot.
3. Insert the Quick Knot® through the knot from top to bottom.
4. Ensure that the pin of the clip is in the center of the knot.
5. Fold the pin of the clip over the knot.
6. To remove the Quick Knot®, unfold the pin.
7. Pull the Quick Knot® out of the knot from the top.
