How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Vetrocalm Healthy offers supporting ingredients that help replenish levels of magnesium that may have been lost due to stress, fear or anxiousness. In horses that are high-strung or nervous on a daily basis, Vetrocalm Healthy can help support the body’s physical responses to day-to-day life challenges and encourage a calm attitude in training, handling and when performance matters.

What Vetrocalm Healthy does:

  • Contains concentrated bioavailable magnesium at specific ratios shown to support calming and behavior.
  • Easily digested, even during periods of stress.
  • Assists the equine when dealing with stressful situations such as competitions, traveling or training.

Technical Information

Feeding instructions:

Feed Vetrocalm Healthy every day, to horses that can be high-strung, tense and nervous. Vetrocalm Healthy provides the optimum levels of magnesium in a blend designed to promote calm behavior and reduced stress levels in all horses. 

1 x (10ml) level scoop as supplied = 10g approximately.

Ingredients:

Guaranteed Analysis - Magnesium 14.5%, Calcium 0.48%, Phosphorus 0.0%, Crude ash 71.9%, Sodium 3.35%.

Composition – Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Chelate, Sodium Chloride, Peppermint (0.5%).

Additives - Vitamin B3 (Niacin) 2000mg/kg, Vitamin B1, 500mg/kg, Vitamin B6 500mg/kg.

Formulated with Specially Optimized Bioavailable Formula (SOBF) technology to ensure optimal absorption of the ingredients.

Free from banned substances.
