How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Animalife Vetrofen Healthy is a new supplement designed to give everyday support, comfort and mobility in active or aging horses.

Vetrofen Healthy is a proprietary blend of three plant sources known for their effective plant antioxidant support, Acacia catechu, Boswellia and Curcumin, with added black pepper to aid absorption. 

Free from Devil’s Claw, it is safe to use with competition horses. If competing under FEI rules, the active compound in Devil’s Claw, Harpagoside, has now been moved on to the FEI controlled medication list for 2016. Vetrofen, which contains no prohibited substances, offers a safe alternative to any Devils Claw products and so is competition legal.

Feeding Instructions:

Vetrofen Healthy is designed for daily use and for short or long term support. Vetrofen Healthy can be used daily when mixed into the horse’s normal feed.

Ingredients:

Analytical Constituents - Crude Protein 1.2%, Crude Fiber <0.1%, Crude Ash 2.3%.

Composition – ABC-Flex™ (Proprietary blend of Acacia catechu, Boswellia, Curcumin and black pepper).
