How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream, to replace salts Sodium, Chloride, Potassium and Magnesium + BCAA, which are needed to improve stamina and recovery while encouraging water consumption. This unique formula contains a range of important naturally occurring bio-available Amino Acids, including the BCAA; Isoleucine, Leucine, and Valine.

Feeding instructions:

Shake well before use and store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. 

Feed 60ml per horse per day after periods of heavy sweating. 

Feed for one to three days after heavy sweating.

Analytical Constituents - Moisture 65.77%, Ash 2.5%, Oil <1%, Protein <1%, Fiber <1%, Sodium 8.3%.
