How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

It ensures that your horse has sufficient energy for top performance and contains easily absorbable carbohydrates that give a boost to blood glucose levels.

In addition, Cavalor An Energy Boost Syringe provides amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and substances that are important for muscle activity and endurance. Cavalor An Energy Boost Syringe also contains electrolytes for a speedy recovery after competition or strenuous exertion.

This Cavalor supplement contains electrolytes, B vitamins, amino acids, sugars, and salt. Glucose (sugar) is a carbohydrate that is absorbed quickly and is an important source of energy. In addition, glucose stimulates the absorption of electrolytes.

Vitamins increase the uptake of oxygen in the tissues and blood, giving horses better stamina and enabling them to perform better and recover more quickly. Lemon, lime and eucalyptus are essential oils that improve energy transport and are very powerful antioxidants. They protect the body from harmful substances formed during exertion. Cavalor An Energy Boost Syringe contains important electrolytes (Na, K, Cl, Mg, Ca) that support optimum muscle function.

Ingredients
Glucose: A carbohydrate that is quickly absorbed in the body and an important energy source. Glucose also stimulates the absorption of electrolytes.

B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) increase oxygen absorption in tissue and in blood, providing the horse with more stamina for improved performance. These water-soluble vitamins are absorbed immediately and have a direct impact on performance.

Vitamin C plays an important role in flushing toxins from the body, protecting cells, and many other bodily functions.

Recommended feeding of Cavalor An Energy Boost:
To ensure that your horse competes with an optimum glucose level, Cavalor recommends administering Cavalor An Energy Boost 2 hrs to 1 hr before performance.

For optimal recovery it is recommended to give a second dose immediately afterwards.

Ponies and pleasure horses: ½ booster
Sport horses: 1 booster
Maximum 3 boosters per day
