How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Cavalor Bronchix Pulmo Paste is designed for optimal support of the lungs and airways, improving the elasticity and resilience of the blood vessels and facilitating respiration.

A poorly functioning respiratory system is a common factor in sport horses that don’t always quite manage to exhibit their full potential. For outstanding performance, efficiently transported oxygen is crucial. Clinical testing on active racehorses has demonstrated these effects.

Intense effort taxes the respiratory system and increases the oxygen requirement. This increased pressure from the blood flowing along the lungs can stress the air sacs in the lungs. Cavalor Bronchix Pulmo contains a balanced mix of essential oils that have a synergistic beneficial effect on the airways and support alveolar elasticity.

Natural ingredients such as Allium sativum and Cupressus strengthen blood vessel walls and lower blood pressure, supporting resistance and elasticity in the pulmonary alveoli. Other ingredients include Citrus Aurantiifolia, Eucalyptus Globulus Labil, Cupressus and Glycyrrhiza Glabra, which are all proven to clear mucus from the airways, support respiration, and neutralize free radicals.

The effects of Cavalor Bronchix Pulmo Paste have been demonstrated in a scientific study conducted in cooperation with Dr Emmanuelle Van Erck-Westergren (Equine Sports Medicine Practice), in which sixteen active racehorses from the same stable received it as a supplement. They concluded that using Cavalor Bronchix Pulmo daily for 25 days significantly reduces the occurrence and severity of EIHP. The results also showed that the product has an anti-inflammatory effect, reducing the signs of tracheal inflammation. It was noteworthy that the trainer also remarked on his horses’ improved endurance, despite substandard performance prior to the use of the liquid.
Technical Information
Directions for use:

For optimal preparation of the respiratory system before strenuous exercise, we recommend starting at least 16 days in advance. If the risk is lower, 6 days is sufficient.

Administer 20 g (1/3 syringe) per day for at least 15 (or 5) days. On the day before the increased exercise and on the morning itself (or the previous evening), administer 30 g (1/2 syringe). Therefore, 6 syringes will be required to prepare for a race, competition or high-intensity training and only 3 syringes if the risk is lower.

The daily maximum dose per horse is 60 g (1 syringe).
