How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Cavalor VitaFlora contains pre- and probiotics to rebalance the microflora in the gut and stimulate health from the inside out. A regimen of Cavalor VitaFlora is recommended after a competition season to give the gut a health boost.

Cavalor Vitaflora is also designed for horses that suffer from unexplained emaciation or inconsistent manure. Vitaflora is also highly recommended after the use of antibiotics. Antibiotics do not only kill “bad” bacteria, they also eliminate some “good” bacteria from the microbiome.

This supplement also contains prebiotics (inulin) and probiotics (yeasts) that support microflora. Live yeasts support hindgut bacteria and help to prevent acidification. They improve the digestion of fiber, absorption of minerals, and production of B vitamins. Inulin is a prebiotic that stimulates the proper development of the microflora. The better the development of good bacteria, the less chance bad bacteria has to grow.
Technical Information
Ingredients:
Live yeast cultures: Live yeasts support hindgut bacteria and help to prevent acidification there. They improve the digestion of fiber, absorption of minerals, and production of B vitamins.

Bio-Mos: Bio-Mos consists of fructo-oligosaccharides derived from yeasts. These promote optimum development of microflora and thus intestinal health. Good intestinal health is essential for the absorption of all nutrients and for the immune system.

Inulin is a prebiotic that stimulates the proper development of the microflora. The better the development of good bacteria, the less chance bad bacteria has to grow.

Feeding Recommendations for Cavalor VitaFlora:
One bucket of Cavalor Vitaflora contains enough for one course of treatment. Cavalor recommend carrying out a complete course of treatment each time you use it. Daily administration is not necessary if your horse is getting a complete and
balanced feed ration.

• Foals: 15g
• Ponies: 20g
• Sport horses: 30g
• Lactating and pregnant mares: 40g

Maximum per horse per day: 100g/day
