How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

This supplement contains a unique blend of collagen, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, and trace elements, providing essential nutritional building blocks for supporting joint, tendon, and ligament health. Additionally, it contains anti-inflammatory agents, such as Boswellia and Curcumin, which work in tandem with the horse's natural anti-inflammatory processes to provide significant support.

Equine America Cortaflex® Recovery is also rich in antioxidants, such as Vitamins E and C, beetroot, grapeseed extract, and rosemary, which neutralize free radicals produced during intense exercise, reducing oxidative damage to cells and supporting muscle health and recovery. Furthermore, bio-available copper and vitamin B12 are included to support red blood cells, oxygen transport, and energy production.

This highly palatable powder is formulated on a full-fat flaxseed base, delivering key micronutrients and ingredients to support joint and muscle health and recovery.

Feeding Instructions:
For 500kg horse; in hard work: 50g per day, mixed in feed.

Ingredients include:
Collagen - an important compound needed to produce the water-based matrix or structural framework of the cartilage, to help give it strength and elasticity. (We use a sustainable and ethical source of marine collagen).

Hyaluronic acid -a key glycosaminoglycan (GAG) which helps to maintain the viscosity of the joint fluid, to lubricate the joint and act as a shock absorber.

Amino acidsto provide the building blocks for the production of the amino sugars such as glucosamine, which is a structural subnit in the production of other glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) which bind to the collagen matrix to help maintain strong and functional cartilage.

Key trace minerals manganese, silicon and copper,which all play important roles in the production of structural compounds such as chondroitin, as well as in the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Copper also plays a key role in the red blood cell and hemoglobin production.

Boswelliaand the boswellic acids, including AKBA, provide powerful plant-based support for the horse's ownanti-inflammatorysystems.

Antioxidantvitamins C and E as well as plant-based antioxidants with many times the activity of vitamin E, including grapeseed extract, beetroot, and rosemary, help to mop up the free radicals produced during exercise and stress, which otherwise damage cells and result in a reduction in performance.
