With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

There are many essential nutrients needed by your horse to aid hoof growth. Global Herbs SupaHOOF is a formulation of special plant material that contain biotin and methionine naturally which alone help your horses hooves grow. Then added into this formula is a very special form of chelated Zinc. The formula helps with the uptake of Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorus which help strong and fast growth.
SupaHOOf can be used routinely even if your horse’s hooves are not too bad, the extra minerals also help other parts of the body.
It can also be used for young stock to ensure they grow up correctly.
How to use:
For hoof conditions use 1-2 level 25ml scoops twice daily for a 500kg horse.
It takes an average of 9 months for hooves to be completely replaced.
