Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Golden Paste Co. TurmerItch has been designed to help with itching and to soothe the skin of your horse and pony, this is done through a combination of key ingredients including Neem, Red Bush Tea, and Chamomile which have proven to help promote healthy skin and coat, thus relieving the need to itch. The tumeric and micronised linseed have been added to produce a high shine to the coat to encourage hair growth to keep them looking healthy.

There are some great benefits to adding Golden Paste Co. TumerItch to your horse or ponies feed. Not only does it help with those suffering from itching and promote healthy skin, but it will also help to encourage hair growth and shine, and as an added bonus comes in an easy-to-use pellet form which is highly palatable.

Neem PowderNeem powder is a powerful herb, made with leaves of the Neem Tree, which is used to make natural hair, scalp and dandruff treatments and soothing balms for red or irritated skin. It also strengthens the immune system, keeps away nasty insects such as fleas and ticks and has antibacterial properties. Neem Powder in TurmerItch™, supports the immune system and keeps away insects.
Red Bush TeaRooibos (meaning red bush) can be given externally or internally to treat dry, itchy, irritated skin in horses, dogs and cats. The bioflavonoids in rooibos have a potent anti-itch effect. Red Bush Tea in TurmerItch™ is rich in antioxidants and helps dry, itchy and irritated skin.
Chamomile PowderChamomile has calming qualities which help relieve the symptoms of itching, and pain as it helps support two neural pathways – GABA & Endocannabinoid. Chamomile powder in TurmerItch™ calms nerves and reduces stress.
