How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Life Data Labs Farriers Formula is a pelleted hoof supplement that provides nutrients such as phospholipids, omega fatty acids and important amino acid protein building blocks, that enable horses to build strong structural and connective tissue proteins that are important for healthy hoof structure and growth.

A glossy, more deeply colored coat and an emerging new band of hoof growth will appear within weeks. It also promotes strong and fast growth of the hoof wall, sole, frog, and heel and strengthens connective tissues of the joints and ligaments.

This supplement can be added as a top dressing on the regular feed or given separately. 

Technical Information
  • Aids weak hoof structure (hoof wall problems such as quarter cracks, toe cracks, sand cracks, brittle hoof walls and hoof wall separation).
  • Improves thin soft soles.
  • Supplies the nutrients required for building strong hoof capsule connective tissue in the correct balance and ratio.
  • Promotes strong and fast growth of the hoof wall, sole, frog, and heel.
  • Provides proper nutrition to “grow out” wall cracks, strengthen and thicken the hoof wall and sole, reduce the likelihood of microbial invasions and bruising, and assist with laminitis recovery.
  • Promotes a glossy more deeply colored coat and strengthened connective tissues of the joints and ligaments.
  • Doping free.
