With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

NAF Biotics is a unique combination of prebiotics and probiotics designed to support the natural microbial repopulation of the gut. Containing live yeasts, it is proven to support the health of the horse's gut.
The prebiotic ingredients are fructo-oligosaccharides, which support the growth of micro-organisms in a natural, sustainable form within the digestive tract, thus allowing beneficial bacteria to proliferate over harmful bacteria. Furthermore, fructo-oligosaccharides are non digestible by enzymes and therefore reach the hind-gut safely.
The probiotic ingredients are present as encapsulated live yeast cultures. These are bile resistant and therefore have the ability to pass unharmed through the stomach to reach the large intestine. Here, they work in synergy with the prebiotic ingredients to support healthy, natural and normal digestive function.
Biotics is an ideal formula for hard working competition and performance horses, horses recovering from antibiotic therapy and young foals prone to diarrhea, all of whom can be susceptible to microbial upset and consequently digestive imbalance.
