With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

NAF General Purpose Supplement is a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement formulated for the horse or pony in light-to-moderate work.
A high fiber diet is natural to the horse, mimicking the continual grazing that his gut evolved to thrive on. Fiber provides slow release energy, ideal for maintaining condition. For this reason, many leisure horses will receive adequate energy for work and to maintain condition from grazing and forage alone. However, fiber alone is unlikely to provide all the micro-nutrients required for health and vitality. Vitamins and minerals are particularly likely to be low in preserved forage, such as hay or haylage, and where grazing is less than optimum, such as closely grazed paddocks, fast growing grass and in areas of high rainfall.
General Purpose Supplement provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals for health and vitality. Designed to complement the high fiber, low concentrate diet, General Purpose Supplement is ideal for all horses and ponies receiving less than manufacturer’s recommended rates of hard feed.
Feeding Instructions:
Horses -
Active - 60-75g (2-2.5 scoops) per day
Resting - 45-60g (1.5-2 scoops) per day
Ponies -
Active - 30-60g (1-2 scoops) per day
Resting - 30g per (1 scoop) per day
Preferably add to last evening feed as better absorption is achieved through the resting period.
When to feed:
Add to daily feed ration year round to support general health, particularly when concentrate feed is being fed at less than the recommended amount.
