Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

NAF Mare Foal and Youngstock Powder is a broad-spectrum supplement which provides essential nutrition when raising youngstock to help prevent uneven growth patterns. 

  • Supports healthy development and even growth patterns
  • Provides essential micronutrients for optimum foal development
  • Includes calcium and phosphorus for bone development
  • Provides zinc, essential for enzyme processes
  • Contains copper to support the healthy development of connective tissues
  • A source of Vitamin E for muscle health
  • Audited under the BETA NOPS scheme as suitable for FEI competition
  • Recommended for use in pregnant mares from three months before the due date and for foals until four years of age
Technical Information

Feeding Instructions:

Horses & Ponies -

Brood mares

Horses - 60-90g per day (4-6 scoops)

Ponies - 30-60g per day (2-4 scoops)

Youngstock

Up to 200kg - 30g per day (2 scoops)

200kg - 400kg - 30-60 per day (2-4 scoops)

400kg + - 60-90g per day (4-6 scoops)

Add to daily feed ration. Not suitable for foals prior to weaning. Do not exceed recommended rates.

When to feed:

Feed Mare, Foal & Youngstock to balance the diet of brood mares and growing, weaned youngsters, particularly those on high fiber, low concentrate ration.

Provides micronutrients to healthy growth and development.

Ingredients:

Wheat middlings, Corn (cooked), Dicalcium phosphate, Calcium carbonate, Brewers' yeast, Sodium chloride, Monocalcium phosphate, Canola oil (refined), Magnesium oxide.
