With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

NAF MSM is essential for the health and elasticity of the connective tissues surrounding the joints.
Sulfur is an essential part of all living cells, including amino acids, vitamins and cartilage. However many sources of sulfur are not efficiently absorbed and used by the horse.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is sulfur in it’s organic form as found in the horse’s natural diet (including grass and trees), but is largely driven off by the processing of concentrates and preserved forage. Therefore the diet of the stabled horse is likely to be deficient in this most important of nutrients.
MSM is rich in bio-available sulfur, vital for the health of soft tissue, tendons, ligaments and muscle. Feeding MSM at the recommended rates ensures the correct levels of sulfur are donated to the areas where it's most needed, such as the soft tissue elements of the joint.
NAF only use premium quality MSM, provided by UFAS accredited suppliers to ensure a high quality, safe product.
Feeding Instructions:
Horses -
Maintenance - 8-24g per day (1-3 scoops)
Loading - 24-40g per day (3-5 scoops)
Ponies -
Maintenance - 8-16g per day (1-2 scoops)
Loading - 16-24g per day (2-4 scoops)
Competition or strenuous exercise - feed at Loading rate for 4 days prior & 2 days after.
When to feed:
Feed when compromised circulation impairs natural movement.
