Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

NAF Sand Gard Pellets are formulated to support horses prone to gut stress when grazing dry, sandy pastures. These pellets are palatable and easy to feed, helping to support healthy movement through the gut while providing herbal ingredients to naturally sweep out accumulated excesses. 

  • Supports horses grazing on dry, dusty, or sandy soil
  • Promotes healthy gut movement or peristalsis
  • Contains herbal ingredients to sweep out accumulated matter
  • Includes live probiotic yeasts for microflora support
  • Suitable for regular long-term maintenance of gut health
Technical Information

Composition: Psyllium seed, Marshmallow leaves, Brewers' yeast, Carrot (dried), Omicha berries, Rosehip shells, Milk thistle seeds, Turmeric, Dandelion leaves, Rosemary, Chlorella (dried), Mushroom (dried), Ginger root, Ginkgo leaves, Licorice, Calcium carbonate, Rapeseed oil, Monoglycerides of fatty acids (oleic acid).

Feeding Directions: Feed Sand Gard wherever an accumulation within the gut is evident, or when grazing on dry, sandy pasture. Introduce gradually for fussy feeders. Feed as a 7 day course once a month for best results.
