How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Premier Performance CZ Ltd Calming Cookies are ideal for horses in excitable or stressful situations such as clinics, competitions, clipping, hunting, farrier, stall rest, training, loading, traveling, and hacking. Fed as needed, they help your horse to stay calm, confident, and focused without affecting their ability to perform.

L-Tyrosine is the active ingredient used to produce the neurotransmitter Serotonin. Serotonin is considered to be a natural mood stabilizer. It can help towards providing a more focused and confident horse. L-Arginine is the active ingredient used by the body to change into nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is a powerful neurotransmitter that helps blood vessels relax and also increases blood flow.

These Calming Cookies contain no fillers, binders, or any known prohibited substances as defined by the FEI and they are also suitable for horses with gastric issues. One Calming Cookie contains less sugar than a carrot!

Instructions for Use:

Administer one Calming Cookie, wait 30-45 minutes then proceed as normal. Lasts 3-4 hours and can be repeated every 3 hours. Can be fed for 2-3 consecutive days to build up the serotonin levels. Up to 4 Calming Cookies can be given in a day.

Calming Cookies are completely natural and every horse is different, so some horses may benefit from one Calming Cookie the night before the event, one in the morning, and one about 45 mins before.

Ingredients:

Soy Flour NGMO, Molasses, Flax Organic, L-Tyrosine, L- Arginine, Himalayan Salt, Iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zeolite, Turmeric Organic, Zinc, Lecithin, Vitamin B5 (D-Calcium Pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine ), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B12 (Methycobalamin), Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide Crystalline), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin).
