How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Science Supplements FlexAbility Plus is one of the highest specification joint and cartilage supplements available in the UK created to provide the ultimate level of support to all horses, young and old.

A unique combination of scientifically proven ingredients include Glucosamine, an essential building block for proteoglycans which make up the non-structural component of cartilage, and Chondroitin, a natural component of Aggrecan, a large molecule found in cartilage. This formula also includes Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane (MSM), a source of Sulfur with anti-inflammatory properties, and DHA & EPA, specific types of Omega 3 fatty acids found to be beneficial to many body systems in the horse including joints, blood and lungs.

Research in its production was accepted and presented at the British Equine Veterinary Association Congress and it is the only joint supplement in the UK with a published, peer reviewed paper in The Journal of Equine Veterinary Science.

Designed to provide nutrient support for joints against the rigors of training and competition, help to maintain normal mobility and joint function in older horses, and for use in young horses to support normal joint health and mobility, this supplement is a great choice for any horse.
