How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Science Supplements ProKalm Syringe is a unique formulation that acts rapidly in as little as 30 minutes with the effects lasting up to 8 hours. It can be fed just to 'take the edge off,' but also given in higher doses for more demanding situations. It can be fed as required, either for isolated situations or as a daily feed to achieve consistent performance.

It is made with a combination of herbal extracts and amino acids, and does not contain valerian, magnesium or tryptophan. ProKalm does not sedate or affect gait or performance. It has been found to be extremely beneficial in helping 'calm' horses at competitions, and also aids with improving their focus.

Feeding Recommendations:
Instructions for use and feeding guide level 25ml (21g) scoops per day
Pony - approximately 250kg1/2 syringe
Horse - approximately 500kg1/2-1 syringe
Large horse - over 750g1/2-1 syringe

The effects of ProKalm may be seen in as little as 30 minutes. Peak effects are usually observed 2-4 hours after feeding. The effects of ProKalm syringe are more predictable and consistent when used in conjunction with feeding ProKalm powder twice a day with feed.
