How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Catago Hybrid Cooler is an innovative design that features a soft fabric across the back which is equipped with a Graphene print, which is made of carbon fragments that direct energy and pull static away from your horse's coat.

Graphene has excellent thermal conductivity and enables the fabric to act as a filter between the body and the external environment, thereby ensuring the ideal temperature for your horse. It dissipates excess body heat in hot climates, and preserves body temperatures in cold climates.

It also offers a very high strength-to-weight ratio making even lightweight fabrics very strong, The Graphene print on this HYBRID item ensures it keeps its shape over time. Graphene is also also anti-static.

There are lightweight mesh panels down the sides of this HYBRID cooler which increase airflow, making it ideal for use through the warmer months or post-exercise. Pleats at the shoulders give a snug fit while allowing freedom to move, while the twin front fastenings keep it secure and in place.
