How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Kentucky 160g Show Blanket - Khaki

The Kentucky 160g Show Blanket beautifully blends comfort with style and sophistication.

It is crafted with a 600D polyester with a smart diamond quilting. This material is extremely durable and prevents shavings and bedding from sticking to it. To prevent pressure on the shoulder and wither area, the collar of this blanket is lined with artificial sheepskin. 160g of fiberfill, which has the same performance as down but does not absorb any smell, provides warmth in cooler weather.

The lining of this Show Blanket is a luxuriously soft artificial rabbit skin. This fabric promotes a shiny, healthy coat, and also creates tiny pockets of ai which trap and retain your horse's body heat. The combination of the materials used creates a very breathable blanket with a high warmth-to-weight ratio.

Extremely versatile, this blanket boasts adjustable and removable surcingles and tail cord. There are stainless steel front buckles, and artificial leather patches with the iconic Kentucky logo on.

How to Find The Right Kentucky Rug Size:
1. Measure your horse from the withers to the top of the tail (Measurement A-B) or measure from the centre of their chest to the buttocks (Measurement C-D) where you would expect the rug to finish.
