Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Horseware® Waterproof Fly Sheet Liner is a simple way to add a waterproof layer to your existing fly sheet! It features a waterproof, polyester, UV protective and highly breathable outer with shine-enhancing polyester lining for added comfort.

This unique design incorporates a shallow cut to prevent overheating, and thanks to its highly breathable properties, it is perfect for wet summer weather conditions and releasing trapped heat to minimise sweating. A lightweight single-front closure reduces weight and offers a quick change for an easy blanketing solution to wet weather at times when flies are still troublesome.

Fitting Guide
 
1. To find out your horse's blanket size, measure from the centre of the chest around to the tail.
2. Once you have the measurement refer to the sizing guide above. (Note: this is a guide only)
3. Try the blanket on over a clean summer sheet - this keeps the blanket clean and hair-free allowing it to be returned if it is the wrong size.
4. The blanket must fit correctly before leaving the horse unattended. If the blanket is too tight it may rub and pull across the shoulders. If the blanket is too big it may slip and be trodden on.
Please Note: Except in the case of faulty goods, we are unable to accept any returned blanket unless it is in a clean and hair-free condition and suitable for re-sale.
