How does it work?
eQuick THERA PEMF uses high-efficiency solenoids housed inside Power Bars. These are placed on specific areas of the horse’s body to deliver consistent, deep, and targeted stimulation. Correct positioning ensures optimal therapeutic effect. The impulses are carefully calibrated to deliver effective intensity while remaining safe and comfortable for the horse.
What is included?
1x eQuick THERA PEMF device, 2 connecting cables, 1x blanket (consisting of 2 sections) with 2 Power Bars, 2 leg boots with 2 Power Bars, and 2 bell boots each with a built-in Power Bar. Please note: battery is not included. Any power bank with a 12V outlet is suitable.
The blanket consists of two sections. The front section, that goes where the saddle usually sits, holds the THERA PEMF device and a power bank (
power bank not included). This front section is always required when using other parts of the bundle, such as the leg or bell boots. The second section of the blanket attaches to the front section, and sits over the horse's hindquarters. This part of the blanket can be easily removed if you don't wish to give treatment over those areas.
Included with the blanket are two Power Bars with Velcro fastenings, which allows them to be placed exactly where treatment is needed. The blanket has been carefully shaped to ensure a comfortable, non-restricting fit. It is also lightweight and breathable with adjustable straps to keep it securely in place throughout wear.
The two leg boots that come with the bundle also include a Power Bar with each boot. Suitable for both front and hind legs, each of the boots has three different areas that the power bar can be placed for targeted treatment. Two bell boots are also included with the bundle. The Power Bar in each boot wraps around the entire hoof, and cannot be removed.
All electrical components and removable Power Bars (except those in the bell boots) can be taken out, allowing the fabric items to be washed easily.
The eQuick THERA PEMF DeviceThis easy to use unit is situated on the front section of the blanket. It has two channels, allowing one or two Power Bars to operate at the same time. If both channels are being used, they will both deliver the same program, allowing two areas to be targeted. The unit allows a lot of adjustment, with 18 pre-set programs including inflammation and recovery. There are also 4 pre-set programs at varying hertz levels, and also 10 custom programs where the user can manually choose the gauss and hertz for their requirements and to match veterinary advice. On the THERA PEMF device, the user can also easily update other settings, such as the language, date, time, and sound output level.
A typical session lasts 1-hour to 1.5-hours. eQuick advises that the device can be used regularly, with once or twice daily-use being beneficial both pre-and post-exercise, during recovery periods, or for general health.
Additional FeaturesAlong with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects, the eQuick THERA PEMF bundle comes with a small tester unit. When held against a Power Bar once plugged into the THERA PEMF unit, the tester will emit a low sound to indicate that it is working correctly. You can also tell if the unit is working correctly as it will display a green light once the program has begun.
