With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Bucas Power 300g Turnout Blanket is the ultimate blend of strength, durability and quality. It provides exceptional comfort for your horse throughout wear, at both lower and higher temperatures.It is engineered with a waterproof 1680 denier ballistic nylon outer; ballistic nylon means the pattern of the weave that makes the material less prone to tearing. It is a very tough fabric which is very durable and less resistant to tearing. This material has a heat-reflective aluminium inner coating, which combined with the sun reflective outer, extends the temperature range in which the Power Turnout can be used and keeps your horse cozy and warm.Inside this Bucas Turnout is 300g of insulation, and a Stay-Dry antibacterial lining which means the blanket can be put on a damp horse the same way as you would a cooler. This lining will quickly dry the horse and can be left on, thus avoiding extra blanket changes and saving time!The Classic-Cut standard neck shape features carefully placed shoulder darts for a tailored fit across the chest and to allow maximum freedom to graze. A Click'n Go front fastening with Snap-lock helps to keep the Power Turnout secure and in place.
