How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Kentucky All Weather Pro 160g Turnout Blanket is a great choice for outdoor wear, especially for horses prone to rubbing, or those who require a little extra comfort! It boasts a wind- and waterproof 1680D outer, which is extremely strong, durable, and dirt-repellent. Thanks to the PU waterproof coating (ISO 10.000mm), your horse is guaranteed to stay dry.

A 160g PES fiber filling helps to provide increased levels of warmth when the temperatures drop, and inside the blanket is a luxurious artificial rabbit fur lining. This prevents the blanket from rubbing your horse, and works as an extra isolating layer next to the fiber fill.

Anatomically shaped, the All Weather Pro Blanket has no seam running down the center of the back to prevent the risk of leaking in bad weather. The blanket is secured in placed with two front closures, two cross surcingle, and a rear tail loop that is covered in plastic easy cleaning.

Finished with attachments for a neck cover (available separately HERE), this Kentucky Blanket is the ultimate choice for outdoor wear when the bad weather rolls around.

How to Find The Right Kentucky Rug Size:
1. Measure your horse from the withers to the top of the tail (Measurement A-B) or measure from the centre of their chest to the buttocks (Measurement C-D) where you would expect the rug to finish.
