How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The LeMieux Arika Ripstop 600D 0g Detachable Neck Turnout Blanket is a revolutionary design, engineered with a two-part patented system to increase freedom of movement for your horse. The independent lower 'skirt' breaks the hemline to relieve tension and increase flexibility, while the central panel helps to self-right the blanket and provides added protection against the elements. The innovative angled front closure system features a unique design registered buckle to evenly balance and distribute pressure, helping to prevent rubbing on the point of the shoulder and across the chest.

  • The main body is cut from a waterproof and breathable 600D ripstop material
  • Custom width material removes the requirement for a central seam along the back, eliminating the risk of leaks
  • Iinner fastenings allow Arika Blanket Liners to be added, enabling easy adjustment of warmth in changeable climates
  • A detachable neck cover is included for extra coverage when required
  • Finished with elasticated leg straps, a generous tail flap, and cross surcingles

Sizing Information
LeMieux recommends using a soft tape measure. From the center of the chest, run the tape measure horizontally across to the point of the shoulder and continue to the further point of the hindquarters. This will give you your horse's blanket size (A).

The back measurement (B) is taken from the top of your horse's withers to the base of their tail.
