How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The LeMieux Kudos 50g Detachable Turnout Blanket is the ultimate in comfort and protection for your horse. With an innovative, advanced front cut and front neck pads, a greater degree of comfort and movement is achieved, especially when grazing at low level. Featuring LeMieux's revolutionary, patented two-part skirt system as well as deep shoulder gussets to help prevent tension around the front of the blanket and allow a greater range of movement.

The central panel self-rights the blanket and provides maximum protection from the elements. The angled front closure system features a unique, Design Registered solution to evenly balance and distribute any pressure, helping to prevent rubbing on the point of shoulder and across the chest.

Featuring a 1680D Ballistic weave waterproof outer fabric with reflective safety strips and comfort thermos bonded fill and a silky nylon lining which is both anti-static and antibacterial. It is compatible with LeMieux liners and a detachable neck is included.
