How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Equilibrium Net Relief Riding Fly Mask is the first fly mask designed specifically for ridden work, helping to protect your horse's eyes and face from biting insects and strong sunlight, allowing him to concentrate fully on the work without the annoying distractions.

Fly masks work great while turned out, so why should the great effect stop there? This mask attaches quickly and easily to the bridle, providing an effective barrier for flies and biting insects and protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays offering over 65% UV protection.

The design offers excellent clearance over the eyes and eyelashes for a superbly comfortable fit and excellent visibility, making it ideal for all ridden work.

The Net Relief Riding Fly Mask can be left in place on the bridle when tacking up and untacking and has been approved for British Showjumping and British Dressage competitions.

Masks or nose nets should cover the face/nose only, leaving the mouth and bit visible. Face masks/nose nets are not permitted under Fei rules, which may be applied to certain competitions in the UK.
