How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The DOG Streamz Magnetic Dog Collar contains a continuous strip of StreamZ material, creating a series of unique low-frequency energy fields around the dog's neck to offer a variety of benefits.

Traditional magnetic products have magnets stitched into the material. This magnet will sit against the skin and creates a pulse from the face of the magnet, the stronger the magnet the further this pulse travels. This process creates a thermal increase which if misused can lead to further complications.

The DOG Streamz silicone band is worn around the neck and for a minimum of 8 hours a day, although results have been reported as significantly greater when used 24/7. StreamZ advises that the collars are worn when your dog is resting/sleeping. Due to their non-invasive nature the technology can be used 24/7, including after exercise when the dog's muscles are in recovery.

The band is fastened using a developed buckle which grips the silicone material in place. The clasp within the silicone collar does not use a breakaway feature and the buckle is manufactured out of stainless steel.

The silicone band is manufactured in the UK under ISO standards and contains non-toxic FDA approved silicone which is suitable to be worn against the skin.

Please note:
- StreamZ offers a complementary option and should not to be used as a replacement to any professionally diagnosed medications or treatments. StreamZ technology is not clinically proven as the clinical studies carried out were not peer reviewed.

- There is no ring attachment to attach a leash. This is to protect the silicone compounds from damage and ensure the 360º energy fields remain intact. The lightweight silicone design can be worn alongside standard collars or harnesses.
