How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

Dyon D Collection Figure 8 Bridle - Black

The Dy'on D Collection Figure 8 Bridle has been crafted with your horse's comfort as a priority. It is made from high-quality vegetable-tanned leather, with a cleverly S-shaped crownpiece. This allows the browband to sit lower down on the crownpiece so as not to hug the sensitive base of your horse's ear. Accentuating the S shape also makes it possible to support the contour of the base of the ear, without putting pressure on it.

Part of Dy'on's premium D Collection, this bridle has a slightly square raised browband and noseband with decorative top stitching, and an iconic brass D branded initial on the browband. The noseband has been carefully designed to attach to the crownpiece on both sides, allowing for easy and precise adjustment.

All the fixings on this D Collection Bridle are brass for durability and longevity.

The Premium Collections are made of Dy’on leather. This leather is produced by a vegetable tanning process developed by Philippe Dion and Dyon's partner tannery. This tannery is in Spain and has specialized in this technique for four generations. The vegetable tanning is as close as one can get to a lengthier traditional tanning process.
