Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The LeMieux Gel-Tek Anatomic Mono Girth is a shaped, high performance girth that maximizes comfort for your horse throughout wear. It has been engineered with gel pockets on the leading edge which allow muscles to move freely without restriction and reduce the sensation of blocking. It features a combination of dynamic gel and ultra soft leather which absorbs and spreads pressure evenly across the surface area of the girth to reduce discomfort.

The contoured shape allows maximum freedom of movement and space behind the elbow, and also ensures less restricted movement of the front legs and helps to improve stride length. The girth also boasts an integrated clip for easily attaching draw reins, a breastplate or martingale attachment. A minute degree of elastication is built into each buckle attachment; just enough for flexibility without affecting saddle fit or girth tension
