With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.
If you deem your item to be faulty, please contact us immediately on returns@redpostequestrian.com so we can investigate.
Our team is always happy to help. Get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process.

Prolite Girth needs to be sized and fitted correctly to ensure the maximum benefits
Please follow these guidelines:
For a short - dressage or event girth:Fit the longest length possible so the buckles fasten away from the pressure-sensitive area behind the elbow. When fully tightened, the top edge of the girth should be as close to the bottom edge of the saddle pad as possible. On a dressage saddle, aim to have two billet holes remaining on both sides
For a long girth: the buckles should fasten on the sweat flap, away from the horse's skin, just like any normal long girthOn a dressage saddle, aim to have two billet holes remaining on both sidesHow to find your Prolite Girth Size:On a short girth, the size is on a label, just inside the billet keeperOn a long girth, the size is stamped on one of the left side leather girth strapsIf it is a narrow gauge, there will be the letters N or NG before or after the numbers - e.g. 44NG or 24NIf there are only numbers eg 46 or 24 - it is a standard gauge girthDO NOT use the billet keeper on its ownDO pass the billet through the buckles as well before applying upward pressure Pulling on the keeper will break the central studThis damage is NOT covered by the warrantyUse your Prolite®Girth for schooling, hacking and competition - the best results are achieved with regular use
