How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

ThinLine Adjustable Half Pad Shims

The ThinLine Adjustable Shims are designed to fit the ThinLine Half Pad range, and can be used if the fit of your saddle needs altering or if you just want to add extra protection to your horse's back.

These shims have a huge array of benefits, providing high levels of shock absorption, and shaped to ensure there are no pressure points. The unique material keeps the shims secure in the half pad pockets, and the shims can be used in FIVE different ways; at the front, to prevent saddle bridging, at the rear, as a full shim, or to create extra wither freedom.

ThinLine is an open-cell foam which moves shock, weight, and heat laterally. Beginning as a liquid, microscopic cells are poured into a mold then polarized so each cell lies end to end creating a tunnel. Another layer is poured in the mold and polarized in a new direction.

In each ThinLine pad, this process is repeated hundreds of times creating a honeycomb matrix. This structure allows ThinLine to move shock, heat, and weight laterally, much like the ripple effect of throwing a stone into water. ThinLine products also carry tensile strength so that pressure is actually distributed. Behind every pressure point there is always a hollow point. ThinLine products work to relieve pressure points by adding to the hollow points.

ThinLine+ or Ultra ThinLine?
Ultra ThinLine is the thinnest version which is designed to protect both horses’ and riders’ backs! It helps to reduce rider movements and doesn't amplify the seat.

Thinline+ is popular for novices or beginners, and is great for high impact situations, or for horses with sore backs.
