How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The EquiAmi Combi Aid Kit is an effective training system based on a 'suggestion and reward' principle. It encourages the horse to work through his back, to develop acceptance of the bit and a softer, more rounded outline without force or restriction. While the EquiAmi Riding Aid and EquiAmi Lunge Aid can both be purchased separately, this combined kit is an economical option for those wanting to purchase both training aids without doubling up on chest pieces.
  • Made from English-made marine quality rope with solid brass clips and adjusters for durability
  • Kit comprises of a webbing chest piece, the two color-coded sections of the longeing loop and the black riding loop so you can use either the longeing or the riding aid
  • Set also includes a longeing cavesson and roller
  • Includes an instruction booklet which explains how to fit and use the training aids
  • Comes with a hessian storage bag to keep items together and tidy

All trial items include a 10-day trial period, which begins on the day your order is delivered. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. If you choose to return the item within the rental period, we’ll issue a refund for your original payment, minus a trial fee. If you decide to keep the item, no trial fee applies.
