With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The LeMieux ProSport Competition Dressage Saddle Pad is a must have for the competitive rider, designed specifically for the active competition horse, offering style, durability and maximum fabric performance.
With the addition of 3 discreet clear pockets on each side to display a competition number, there is no need to fuss attaching holders or a chance to lose them. It comes with three complete sets of numbers for each side and pockets are on both sides of the saddle pad in order to comply with the new British Dressage requirements.
This superb saddle pad has been made with a soft cotton inner lining which controls temperature and breathability. The inner layer improves sweat wicking properties.
Finished with a swan neck cut at the withers for exceptional comfort, double hook-and-loop girth straps with optional inner locking loop to prevent slipping and D-Ring straps.
