With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

High quality plastic mouth with stainless steel, and a twisted steel wire core. The Happy Mouth Mullen Full CheekBit is super polished and kinder to the mouth, with a great apple taste.
Generally Used for:
"The Full Cheek bit is often used to encourage straightness and direction, so ideal for steering young or resistant horses, and generally used for fast work. The Mullen is a straight bar bit with ergonomic shaping, and is a very mild mouthpiece, only applying pressure on the tongue and lips with minimal pressure on the bars of the mouth, so is often used for horses with a soft mouth."
To find the correct size bit for your horse:
Stand in front of your horse and make sure there is approximately 5mm ( 1/4") clearance on both sides. One finger's width between the horse's lips and the bit ring/cheek is correct. The bit should lie evenly in the mouth and be adjusted to the proper height, just gently wrinkling the corners of the mouth. With all synthetic bits, it is vital that teeth are well-maintained and examined on a regular basis. If any doubt about sizing or the style of bit to suit your horse, always seek advice.
