With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Happy Mouth Contour Copper Rolled Round Eggbutt Bit features a curved mouthpiece design which reduces pinching in the mouth that can be caused by a straighter mouthpiece. This double jointed mouthpiece is round and fits well on the configuration of horse’s mouth.
The curvature of this light weight mouthpiece increases contact area delivering delicate communication with the rider. A stainless steel rod goes through the center, and this mouthpiece delivers more direct pressure than flexible mullen mouthpieces. A copper roller in the center aids salivation and makes the bit more acceptable.
An eggbutt bit gives a horse clear pressure to turn. The ring is fixed to the mouthpiece allowing it to move back and forth, therefore the eggbutt does not rotate like loose ring, preventing it from pinching the lip.
To find the correct bit size for your horse:
Stand in front of your horse and make sure there is approximately 5mm ( 1/4") clearance on both sides. One finger's width between the horse's lips and the bit ring/cheek is correct. The bit should lie evenly in the mouth and be adjusted to the correct height, just gently wrinkling the corners of the mouth. With all synthetic bits it is vital teeth are well maintained and examined on a regular basis. If there is any doubt about sizing or style of bit to suit your horse, always seek advice.
