How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Sprenger Dynamic RS Full Cheek 16mm Double Jointed Bit is ergonomically shaped, featuring a center piece that is always tilted forward by 45° to allow for an even distribution of pressure. Because these bits fit anatomically correctly between the tongue and the palatal arch, they are mouth-friendly and allow effective aiding.

  • Suitable for horses with a small mouth or a very fleshy tongue.
  • The solid sides of this bit allow it to be applied directly to the horse's tongue and lower jaw.
  • The sides protect the sensitive corners of the mouth and frame the horse slightly at the sides.
  • The bit is very quiet in the mouth.

Care Guide:

How do I care for my Sensogan bits?

You should always wash your bits thoroughly with water and dry them after each use. SENSOGAN bits contain copper. Oxidation causes the bits to darken and may lose their shine. However, metal bits are particularly easy to clean and maintain with the help of our "Diamond Paste".

Sensogan

Alloy of copper, manganese and zinc. Manganese hardens the copper without affecting the natural oxidation process of the copper. Thanks to the manganese, the alloy has a lower copper content but achieves the same oxidation behavior as AURIGAN.
