With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Sprenger KK Universal Gag Sensogan Bit is a 3-Ring design that enables 4 different ways of attaching the reins to the bit. It is therefore very versatile and extremely popular as it offers the opportunity to achieve more control when needed.
The unique mouthpiece eliminates the nutcracker action of conventional single jointed bits. Highly recommended for swift downward transitions and for control and quick change of direction in the speed classes. Turns can also be ridden with ease as this bit offers more control than a standard loose ring snaffle.
The bit lies perfectly on the tongue ensuring effective rein aids. The curved arms of the mouthpiece avoid uncomfortable pressure on the sensitive borders of the tongue.Made from Sensogan, this Sprenger Bit is an alloy of copper, manganese and zinc. Manganese hardens the copper without influencing the natural oxidation process of it. This gives a very positive influence on the horse's satisfaction, motivation and willingness to perform.THE REDPOST BIT BANKThis bit is available on a 30-day trial!
