With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

This Stubben Bucephalus Bit is a loose ring bit that aims to create a flexible connection between the rider's hand to the horse's mouth, thus encouraging the hind leg to the rein. It involves the reins being attached to the two strong rubber bands set within the cheek rings, threading through the sides of the rings. This unique design ensures that the connection between the rider's hand and the horse's mouth is always soft and even and therefore always comfortable for the horse. The pressure transmitted through the horse's mouth is reduced, which promotes a forward motion, rhythm and a softer contact. This naturally encourages elasticity in the horse's movement and willingness in their collection.
Each Bucephalus Bit comes with leather connectors - these are opened, threaded through the eyelet of the bit, placed around the rubber, and then threaded back through the eyelet. The hook is then inserted into the designated hole. The end of the leather piece is then guided through the metal buckle towards the bit. The reins can then be easily attached to the metal ends of the connector.
The loose ring cheeks are extremely mobile, creating a softer, 'unfixed' action. The single jointed mouthpiece effectively distributes pressure onto the bars while the central joint alleviates tongue pressure.
