Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The ThinLine Busy Buddy is a great relaxation tool that can be used in an array of scenarios. Whether you need to distract your horse when clipping, for vet visits, or just in between classes at shows, this attachment can help to reduce fretting and tension, and stimulates the relaxation process in all horses.

Made of industrial, hospital-grade Latex tubing, ThinLine bit guards, elastic rope, and 2 clips for the Halter Busy Buddy or one clip and a ring for the Bridle Busy Buddy.

The Halter Busy Buddy easily fastens to your horse's halter to provide them with a relaxing toy during clipping and grooming. It also gently introduces the sensation of a bit in the mouth while encouraging relaxation and chewing, making it great for young horses. The attachment can also be used while lunging without a bridle, as it encourages relaxation of the jaw and muscles over the back.

The Bridle Busy Buddy is specially designed to be used with a bridle and a bit. It can prevent your horse from chewing on its reins, and entertains your horse while standing around at horse shows.

The Busy Buddy should fit loosely and should not pull the corners of their mouth. Find the position where they begin to chew (no wrinkles should be shown).
