How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The TRUST Equestrian Inno Sense Port Medium Slim Eggbutt Bit is particularly suitable for young horses or those with sensitive mouths. The Inno Sense Port Medium Slim mouthpiece is 15mm thick, made of elastic plastic and is slightly flexible. It features non-toxic FDA-approved plastic shaped with a tongue arch in the centre which which provides less pressure on the centre of the horse’s tongue. More tongue freedom is ideal for horses that have a sensitive tongue or horses that stick out their tongue, and the thinner mouthpiece makes is popular for horses and ponies with small mouths and when using a double bridle.

The eggbutt cheekpieces are one of the most simple and common. The rings do not move up and down, resulting in a more stable position in the mouth and more direct rein aids. The lips don’t get pinched by this cheekpiece, so bit rings are not necessary.
