How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

TRUST Equestrian Leather Loose Ring Bit

The TRUST Equestrian Leather Loose Ring Bit features a leather mouthpiece that is stitched manually around the reinforced nylon core and is tanned without chemicals. Saliva makes the leather mouthpiece soften, after which it forms to the horse’s mouth. The flexible effect in combination with the taste of the leather makes the bit extremely suitable for horses with sensitive mouths. In addition, TRUST Equestrian has noticed that mares especially like the taste of the leather and therefore accept the bit well.

The loose ring cheeks move freely through the mouthpiece which means the rein aids are conveyed less directly than when the rings are attached to the mouthpiece. To prevent skin from getting pinched between the moving rings, it is advised to use rubber bit rings.

Please note: Make sure that the stitching always faces the outside of the mouth, when the bit is used. The leather bit is easy to keep supple. You keep it supple by lubricating it regularly with olive oil.
