How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The VIP (Very Important Pad) EQ Gel Pad is a great choice for horses who do not fit other VIP products, or those who change shape regularly or require some additional comfort when in work.

These pads are truly unique, crafted from a unique gel which provides a superior structure that gives high tensile strength, the key to maintaining shape under extreme and prolonged compression. These pads are soft, flexible and seamless with no pressure-causing trims.

Also popular to use as under a roller when longeing, the EQ Pad molds to your horse's back like a second skin. It will affect the fit of your saddle, so is also ideal for youngsters, or horses in varied workloads. The gel is non-sticky, does not cause friction or pluck hair when removed. This means the pad can be used either between the saddle and saddle pad or directly on the horse's back under a saddle pad.
